At Cognisant Research for over a decade, Ian has shaped the business and worked on an impressive array of research projects. With experience of working in just about every industry and public sector, he has an impressive eye for detail and an ability to get to the bottom of the question or issue in hand. Presently an Associate Member of the Market Research Society Ian is working towards Full Membership through the Intensive Professional Development Programme.
With a well-honed ability to translate the big picture into action, Chris has an enviable track record of delivering results through developing people and processes. From gaining his Cranfield MBA in 1996 he has acquired international experience at Director level in the research, service, pharmaceutical and public sectors, as well as being a Full Member of the Market Research Society.
Caroline is an experienced member of the team, specialising in interviewing for our pharmaceutical clients. Since 2012, Caroline has worked on a variety of face-to-face and telephone interviewing projects.
Head of Marketing
As a marketing manager with a track record over 30 years with some of the UK’s largest blue chip companies, Paul brings a wealth of practical hands-on marketing experience to the team. Launching his career at BT in the mid 1980s in the mobile market, Paul moved onto British Aerospace, NTL and most recently Arqiva, working on just about every aspect of media and communications.
Edith has progressed from a summer internship with Cognisant into a valued member of the team. In addition to interviewing, Edith supports our projects with data analysis, coding and report drafting.
